Healthy Lifestyles Wellness Center, based in West Plains Missouri, is now providing DOT Physicals for CDL Truck Drivers. They have a Professional, Friendly and Courteous Staff. 

Meet the Doctors; Dr. Camellia Svuba, D.C. (Doctor of Chiropractic). Dr. Camellia Svuba was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. After graduating high school she received her Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from St. Charles College. She then attended Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri where she received her Bachelor's degree in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic.

Dr. Kristopher Kirby, D.C. (Doctor of Chiropractic). Dr. Kris Kirby, born and raised in Thayer, Missouri. After graduating high school he attended Lyon College in Batesville, Arkansas where he received his Bachelors in Biology. He then attended Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri where he received his Bachelor degree in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic.

Office Hours: Mon: 9am -12:30pm 2pm-6pm | Tue: 9am-12pm 1pm-4pm | Wed: 11am-2pm 3:30pm-7pm | Thu: 10am-1pm 2:30pm-6pm | Fri: 9am-3pm.
