Return Policy

30 day refund policy. If During the first 30 days from purchase you are not totally satisfied, for any reason, please email Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number. We will respond quickly with the RA # and a return shipping address. Once the item has been received by us in re-saleable condition a prompt and courteous refund will be issued to you.

1 year repair or replacement warranty. If at any time during one year after purchase, your item becomes inoperable due to a defect in materials or workmanship please email customer service for an RA #. Once the item has been received by us, we will check it out and send you another with all possible speed.

Shipping - We are a Global Company, we ship to almost any address in the world. USA takes 3-4 days, Australia 5-7 days, Canada 4-6 days, Europe and other countries 7-9 days (business days).

Notification - Tracking information is emailed to you when your product ships. Please provide valid email when ordering.

ALL International shipments are sent via Express Mail by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order is received we ship quickly, normally within 24hrs on business days.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and may cost more to ship as your order gets heavier. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
