Dr. Phil Gainan of Gainan Chiropractic & Massotherapy Center in Boardman, Ohio, serves Youngstown, Poland, Canfield and all of Mahoning County. OFFICE HOURS Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm. Dr. Gainan holds a Bachelor of Science from Youngstown State University, and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Los Angeles Chiropractic College. Dr. Gainan is a member of the Ohio State Chiropractic Association, the Eastern Ohio Chiropractic Society, and the Mahoning Valley Leads Network Group. The purpose of DOT Medical Exam is to determine a driver's physical qualifications to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) in interstate commerce according to the requirements in 49 CFR 391.41-49. Upon completion, and successfully passing this exam, you will be presented with your dated Medical Examiner's Certificate, which you must carry with your license.
