Costa Chiropractic has two Locations in Massachusetts, Fairhaven and Fall River. They provide quick and convenient DOT physicals to help commercial CDL drivers fulfill the Department of Transportation Safety requirements. All commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers, are required to have a Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examination every two years. Many times, new employers will require drivers to get new physicals.

Dr. David Costa is a Certified Medical Examiner with extensive training and expertise in the Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical Exams as well as Drug and Alcohol Screenings. If you have 10 employees or more and need DOT physicals they will travel anywhere in Massachusetts or Rhode Island and come to you!

Costa Chiropractic is an established, certified provider of Occupational Medicine Services including CDL Truck Driver's physicals, drug and alcohol testing.  Office Hours: Monday through Friday 9am-1pm - 2pm-6:30pm.
