Thy K. Nguyen, DC Chiropractic now offering DOT Physicals for CDL Truck Drivers. He also performs School and Sports Physcial examinations. Dr. Nguyen has recently been published in the FasterTruck CDL Drivers DOT Phyisical Locations Directory for Rialto California. Dr. Nguyen began his career at the University of California, Riverside. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology while also earning his certifications in phlebotomy and pharmacy technician. Following his studies at the University of California at Riverside, Dr. Nguyen obtained is Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at the Southern California University of Health Sciences. Dr. Nguyen was an intern at various clinics throughout Southern California. Including the Pasadena University Health Center, Mount San Antonio College Student Health Center. Also, sporting events where he performed training and sports physicals. Dr. Nguyen began practicing in Pomona, Ca. He was the clinical director for a multi-disciplinary clinic where he worked with orthopedic surgeons, internists, psychiatrists, acupuncturist, and therapists. 

Practice Location: Rialto, Ca. Office Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-12pm 2pm-6pm Tuesdays, Thursdays 1:30pm-6:30pm.  Walk-ins Welcome. Saturdays 10am-1pm, Appointments Only.
