2012 Commercial Truck/Bus Inspection Sting Begins Tuesday June 5th and lasts for 3 days, ending Thursday June 7th. Ten Thousand federal, state, provincial and local truck and bus inspectors will mobilize at more than 1500 locations throughout the USA, Canada and Mexico. The operation code name is “Roadcheck”.
During the 72-hour event, inspectors will conduct comprehensive North American Standard Level I Inspections.
This year’s focus will be on vehicle brake systems and preventing driver fatigue by conducting hours-of-service compliance checks. Click to see North American Standard Level I Inspection Procedures
