2. Existing Connector Type. ie; Metri-Pack, Weather-Pack or Deutsch connectors. See home/order page for examples.
3. Comprehensive description of the problem.
4. Any remedies you may have already tried.

SafetyPass Pro Return Policy
30 day refund policy. If During the first 30 days from purchase you are not totally satisfied, for any reason, please email Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number. We will respond quickly with the RA # and a return shipping address. Once the item has been received by us in re-saleable condition a prompt and courteous refund will be issued to you.
1 year repair or replacement warranty. If at any time during one year after purchase, your item becomes inoperable due to a defect in materials or workmanship please email customer service for an RA #. Once the item has been received by us, we will check it out and send you another with all possible speed.
